The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Manager of Demand Generation to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid acquisition channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in building and scaling multi-channel campaigns designed to drive high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth for our sales team.

This role is perfect for a modern B2B marketer who understands the nuances of complex B2B SaaS buyer journeys and knows how to engage prospects with the right message at the right time. You will be a key player on the marketing team, working cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, content, and operations to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel paid media strategy to generate a predictable pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  2. Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
  1. Google Ads: Own our paid search (SEM), Display, and YouTube advertising efforts, including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  2. LinkedIn Ads & Paid Social: Build, manage, and scale sophisticated campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant social platforms to reach and engage our ideal customer profiles.
  3. Connected TV (CTV): Plan, launch, and measure innovative CTV campaigns to build brand awareness and drive top-of-funnel demand in our target markets.
  1. Marketing Automation & Operations:
  1. Leverage HubSpot to its full potential by building and optimizing high-converting landing pages, forms, lead nurturing workflows, and lead scoring models.
  2. Ensure seamless data integrity and lead routing between marketing channels, HubSpot, and our CRM (Salesforce).
  3. Analyze campaign performance within HubSpot to provide a full-funnel view of your impact on the business.
  1. Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  1. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline influence, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  2. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
  3. Develop dashboards and communicate results, key insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and other stakeholders.
  1. Budget & Collaboration:
  1. Manage a significant monthly paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation across all channels to maximize ROI.
  2. Collaborate closely with the content team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets, and partner with the sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize follow-up processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. 
  2. Proven, hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  3. Demonstrable proficiency in managing Paid Social campaigns and understanding their role in a B2B marketing mix.
  4. Deep, practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  5. A strong, evidence-based understanding of complex B2B SaaS buyer journeys and how to map marketing tactics to each stage of the funnel.
  6. Highly analytical and data-driven; proficient in using Google Analytics (GA4), spreadsheet software, and platform-native analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
  7. Proven ability to manage six or seven-figure annual advertising budgets and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  8. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

  1. Hands-on experience running CTV or other emerging digital advertising campaigns.
  2. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  3. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and its integration with other tools.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
