Position Overview:

As a Sales Operations Manager at EZO, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, improving sales team performance, helping to visualize important sales data, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. You will be responsible for enabling a team of sales professionals, analyzing data, implementing strategies, and driving initiatives that support our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate, streamline, and document the end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sales workflows.
  • Develop and implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools and CRM systems to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and revenue team visibility. 
  • Identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for sales team optimization.

Sales Team Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives on tools and processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence.

Forecasting and Planning:

  • Work with the sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to support sales targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales and other teams.
