As a Content Manager at EZOs, you will lead a team of talented technical and marketing writers, generating content to inspire markets and inform users across multiple products and many industries. EZO is committed to becoming a global leader in asset-driven operations management with our line of SaaS products. The content publication team plays a vital role in this process, including tasks as varied as writing educational marketing articles, to supporting our customers by translating technical information into an easily-accessible format, as well as delivering high-quality website copy, social media content, video walkthroughs, and more.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing.


  • Drive product documentation planning in partnership with the customer success and product teams.
  • Manage the efforts of a team of 4+ writers, including scrum meetings and overall project management.
  • Meet with team leaders from other departments for feature analysis, outbound campaigns, and other cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Write and edit high-quality documentation and other externally-facing copy for products including manuals, help topics, FAQs, etc.
  • Independently research and author long form content, such as white papers and ebooks.
  • Interview customers and generate compelling case studies.
  • Produce and manage the production of high-quality web content to be published on blogs, newsletters and distribution lists.
  • Drive backlink outreach and authorship programs throughout the writing team.
  • esearch and manage the deployment of web content formatted for targeted SEO keywords.
  • Operate WordPress to deploy blog and technical content directly.
  • Own and manage the use of consistent design and copy standards in all content deliverables.


  • 5 years marketing content writing experience – technical marketing content experience preferred.
  • 3 years team and project management experience.
  • Expertise with authoring applications used to write, format, manage, and publish high-quality content.
  • Experience in writing successful, original SEO-friendly content is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in backlink and PR outreach preferred.
  • Experience in writing press-facing content preferred.
  • A degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-directed for a work-from-home team management  of a global team.
