What you’ll be doing as Product Marketing Senior Manager:

  • Act as thought leader within the organization and an advocate for product-driven revenue generation strategies and tactics – holistically, from product capabilities through demand generation and deal close rates
  • Manage a team of product managers and associates to measurable OKRs each quarter, as well as mapping to product team revenue targets
  • Help set the direction for and provide leadership to digital, content marketing, and social media efforts
  • Manage the development and communication of actionable GTM strategy, including market segmentation, ICP, competitive landscape, short/long term growth opportunities, and winning marketing/sales tactics
  • Own product messaging and positioning, across all products
  • Ensure the timely development of sales enablement tools and support partner initiatives
  • Launch new features and capabilities to market, providing cross-functional leadership
  • Partner with product management, sales, and customer success to provide significant input into product roadmaps
  • Ensure delivery of a variety of campaigns and webinars, as well as create customer stories and videos in conjunction with our content team
  • Help drive success through existing new channels to target segments to boost lead quality and quantity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a marketing role in software or related technologies
  • 3+ years of software product marketing experience, SaaS preferred
  • 2+ years team management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated cross-departmental leadership and influencing skills
  • Experience in developing successful GTM and product launch plans
  • Agile development process experience preferred
  • Global marketing experience preferred
  • Eastern and Central US time zones only – Eastern preferred
