About the team and role

We are expanding our sales team with inside sales Account Executives to continue our rapid expansion into both SMB and enterprise organizations.

You'll be responsible for engaging leads and free-trial participants, answering questions, demonstrating the product, and enabling long-term relationships.  For enterprises, you'll create and conduct effective proposal presentations address the prospects business problems.  

The best candidates will have a track record of achievement, empathy, and excellent discovery skills. You'll also have the drive to win in a fast-paced environment staying focused on improving your sales skills, learning our customers businesses and new product capabilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, and collaborate with marketing and customer success to improve the entire customer lifecycle from lead-generation, on-boarding, to up-selling and renewal.

Job Requirements

  • 1-5 years selling B-to-B SaaS, with formal sales training
  • Consistent track record of pursuing and exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, competitive, team player
  • Great listener and communicator
  • Strong customer empathy and discovery skills
  • Previous background in specific industries and understanding of customers is highly desirable
  • Bachelors degree
