Each Customer Success Manager builds collaborative, trusting relationships with a set of customers to help them achieve their goals by maximizing their benefit from EZO products. Customer Success Managers work alongside sales to demo our products, answer questions and accelerate the on-boarding of new customers. In addition Customer Success Managers help customers grow with our software by sharing new product capabilities, increasing adoption, channeling feedback to engineering, and ensuring timely renewals and capacity expansion. While most of our customers are in North America, we are now growing rapidly around the world, led by a hand-picked global team.

Our products are market leaders because we are laser-focused on ease-of-use.Our engineers adapt continuously and quickly to our customers needs and implement emerging technologies. Many of our business customers are completely self-service. We’re currently using tools like Zoho CRM, Freshdesk, Tableau, and love experimenting and learning to improve our craft.

  • Leader. Able to lead and grow a team of Customer Success Associates that systematically improves and wows our customers

  • Ability to manage a global operation. With customers located around the world involved in time critical activities, you must be able to solve both people and process challenges. 

  • Able to build trusted relationships with some of the best companies in the world, spanning large enterprises as well as small and mid-sized companies.  You understand the difference between customer success and customer satisfaction.

  • Fanatical about customer success and delivering long-term value to the customer. You recognize that delivering amazing customer experience every day is the only way for a business to thrive.

  • Creative and result-oriented: your enthusiasm, energy and creative thinking make problem-solving fun, while your sense of urgency means you deliver results consistently.

  • Data-driven with a commitment to always learning and improving, as an individual and as a team. You are excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers, yet demonstrating flexibility where needed.

  • An excellent verbal and written communicator, happy to engage on whatever channel the customer prefers.    

  • Passionate about technology and using it as a game changer for businesses.

  • Having a minimum of 3 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Project Management for a software company, as well as a Bachelors Degree.
